Love Twisting: Blue Collar Balloons’ Raymond Walsh of Carrollton, TX, will be showing off the new TT-260's and demonstrating designs such as weaving and tulip twists to be sure you’re on your way to incorporating simple twisting creations in your designs. We’ll even work on a few cute heart techniques for your Valentine’s setups!
